Our professional wedding consultant will assist you with all the details for a truly spectacular evening. All reception packages include:

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000. and your signed contract will be required to book your reception. This deposit will be applied to your final bill. The remaining balance will be due 72 hours prior to your event.
Holiday Hall will not be open past midnight, MLK Ballroom, Fountain Hall and (Eastside of hotel) will close at 11:30 PM
Service Charges and Sales Tax
A service charge of 19% and a sales tax of 11% will be added to all food and beverage charges.
A room block may be set up for your guests. Your wedding consultant will handle special rates and room accommodations. Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is noon.
The DCCH is the sole provider of food and beverage at our facility. No outside food or beverage may be brought in with exception of wedding cake. Tasting appointment will be done approximately two months prior to the reception. All final details and meal selections must be finalized one month prior to the reception. Final number and final payment will be due 72 hours prior to the event. Menu prices are subject to change. Menu
pricing is not guaranteed until 6 months prior to the reception.
Having your reception at the DCCH includes: the set-up and clean-up of the room, white linens ,table skirting, china, silverware and glassware. Complimentary cutting and serving of your wedding cake is also included. Centerpieces, chair covers and colored linens are available for rental upon request.
All prices are subject to a 19% service charge and applicable sales tax.
All wedding packages are based on a minimum of 100 guests.
